Replenishing your energy
Replenishing your energy is the single most important thing you can do for yourself and those you love.
How can you do this when everything to increase energy seems to take bundles of energy?
The answer.
Start small.
I’m going to keep this short and sweet because what I suggest below is short and sweet but critical when you want to increase our energy.
This week, if you do nothing else, I want you to look at the next month on your calendar. (This is something I’m doing as well BTW.)
I want you to set a reminder on your phone so you can take 5 minutes to replenish your energy. Schedule it in.
This is important enough to repeat:
Replenishing your energy is the single most important thing you can do for yourself and those you love.
The reason why so many of us burn out or feel overwhelmed is because we don’t *quite literally* plan to replenish our energy. Or build in breaks from everything so we can allow ourselves to receive.
So here’s your sign to do it. I promise you’ll thank me later.
