Avoid this mistake when running energy

Having a system and practice to replenish your energy doesn't have to be hard.


You do want to make sure you follow the system so you get the most benefit.


I want to talk to you about the biggest mistake you can make when running your energy.


The mistake is to work your energy as if you're a closed system.

If you make this mistake, you're going to think that

  1. you're doing something wrong
  2. running energy doesn't work for you.


How do you know you're making this mistake?


Many of my students report feeling lightheaded after a meditation. Or they feel a headache coming on right after they finish meditating.


Or maybe you feel discomfort or sharp pain in your shoulders or your back.


Feeling pain and discomfort is certainly not the result you want when you need to replenish your energy.


Why does this happen?


These symptoms are common when you're moving your energy INSIDE your body.


Because the energy is not flowing through you.


There's good news, though.


The symptoms are also a sign you're doing something right. What you are feeling means you definitely ARE moving energy.


The issue is that once you move it, it has nowhere to go.
That's why you need to run the energy, and let it flow through you.


Being able to run the energy helps us to create a stream and a path that allows anything we need to release to flow out.


We create room for what's stuck to flow.


Doing so means we have space for new and better.
