The worst advice I received

During my journey of exploring various energy healing and clearing techniques, I was told to simply "trust the clearing is happening." But wait, I'm the kind of person who craves knowledge and understanding. How can I just let things unfold without knowing how it works? It didn't sit well with me, and as it turned out, my intuition was right on the mark.
