The 9th Wave and the Lie of Separation

The 9th Wave and the Lie of Separation

Returning to the Rhythm of the Earth

There is a lie we’ve all been told.

It’s not written in books or shouted from rooftops, but it lives in our nervous systems, in our parenting, in our daily choices.

It’s the lie that says: “You are separate. You must carry it all alone.”

This lie runs deep.

It’s the ache we feel when we’re overwhelmed but don’t know who to lean on.

It’s the guilt we carry when we take a breath for ourselves. It’s the silent shame when we feel disconnected from our children, unsure how to reach them, to hold them without losing ourselves.

And this lie? It’s amplified when we disconnect from the Earth.

The Pattern of Disconnection

We may not notice it at first.

The way we rush through the day. The constant noise. The endless doing.

The tension in our chest that never quite leaves.

We normalize disconnection because it’s what we were shown.

Our ancestors, too, were pulled into survival and separation—from land, from spirit, from self.

And our children feel it too.

We see it in their restlessness, their anxiety, their scrolling and distraction. They are seeking something. Just like we are.

What we’re really longing for is reconnection.

The 9 Waves of Consciousness: A Map for Healing

In the cosmology of the Nine Waves of Creation, each wave represents an evolution of human consciousness.

The earlier waves grounded us in survival and structure. The middle waves pulled us into growth, science, speed.

But the 9th Wave—this is the wave of unity consciousness. This is the wave that heals.

The 9th Wave calls us back to the Earth—not as a resource to use, but as a mother to return to.

It asks us to slow down. To breathe with the trees. To walk barefoot not just for grounding, but for remembering.

It teaches us that we cannot heal ourselves—or our families—while remaining disconnected from the very source that sustains us.

The 7th Wave: The Pattern We Must Interrupt

The 7th Wave brought us the age of movement, machines, and momentum. It’s the wave of constant doing, of progress at all costs.

And while it served a purpose, it also disconnected us. It taught us that stillness was laziness. That rest was weakness. That intuition and Earth-based wisdom were outdated.

We internalized these teachings. We taught them to our children.

And now we are witnessing the cost.

Our nervous systems are frayed. Our children are anxious. Our families are overstimulated and undernourished—spiritually, emotionally, energetically.

But here’s the hope: we can choose which wave we align with.

Returning to Earth: A Sacred Rebellion

To align with the 9th Wave is to reclaim your connection with the Earth.

It is an act of rebellion against the lie of separation. It is a conscious choice to mother differently—not from fear or force, but from presence and peace.

When you choose to breathe slowly, to walk gently, to listen deeply—you are choosing the 9th Wave.

When you sit under a tree with your child instead of solving their pain, you are aligning with unity.

When you ask the Earth to hold your grief, to receive your overwhelm, you are remembering the truth: you were never meant to carry this alone.

A New Legacy

Our children don’t need more perfection. They need our presence.

They don’t need us to do more. They need us to be more—more rooted, more rested, more real.

The Earth is not separate from our healing. She is the healing. And the more we return to her, the more we return to ourselves.

So notice the pattern. Not with shame—but with compassion.

Notice when you disconnect.

And then gently, softly, come back.

Back to the breath.

Back to the body.

Back to the Earth.

This is how we heal.

This is how we lead.

We let the 9th Wave guide us, the Earth hold us,.

When we start by reconnecting to the earth as a daily practice, reconnecting with others will be so much easier.
