Seeing the Sacred… Even in What Hurts

Seeing the Sacred… Even in What Hurts

There is a moment on the healing path that is as uncomfortable as it is holy.

It’s the moment you realize that remembering your own sacredness comes with a deeper invitation—one that feels almost impossible at first:
To remember the sacredness in others—even those who cause harm.

Not to excuse them.
Not to bypass justice.

But to understand something deeper, more ancient, more true:
That we are all—all—extensions of the same lifeforce.

And when we disconnect from the sacredness in one another, we sever the cord of collective healing.

We see it everywhere right now:
People in power who exploit, hoard, and harm.

Who consume the lifeforce of others without ever recognizing its source.
Who have forgotten that by controlling, minimizing, and suppressing others—they are also dimming the very light they depend on.

They do not know what they do.
But we do.

And that knowing comes with responsibility—not to match their rage with more rage, or their hatred with our own—but to refuse to feed the cycle they thrive on.

Because anger, anxiety, despair, hatred—even when justified—can become food for systems built on domination.

This is the frequency of the 6th and 7th Waves:
The belief that power is control.
That domination ensures survival.
That disconnection is protection.

But the 9th Wave?
The 9th Wave is asking something radically different.

It’s asking us to become the ones who refuse to forget.
Who remember the sacred not just in prayer or ritual—but in every interaction.
Who recognize how intimately connected we all are—yes, even to those whose actions repulse us.

The 9th Wave says:
Don't feed the cycle.
Don’t give your sacred energy to the chaos that seeks to consume it.

Instead—root in.
Breathe deeper.
Reclaim your sacredness.
And act in a way that keeps you connected to your truth, your clarity, your soul.

This doesn’t mean becoming passive.
It means becoming precise.
It means letting your sacredness become your resistance.
Letting your wholeness be a force of disruption.
Letting your compassion become a sword that cuts through illusion without severing your own integrity.

Because to stay sacred in a world that profits off our pain—is rebellion.

To keep your energy clean, connected, and grounded in the 9th Wave—is power.

Not the old kind. Not the kind that controls.

The kind that liberates.
The kind that heals across timelines.
That remembers across lifetimes.
That refuses to become what it came here to transmute.

So witness their rage. Acknowledge the 6th Wave as the root of their need to dominate.

Let them rage—not because you agree, but because you refuse to be pulled under.
Let them try to dominate—not because they deserve power, but because you’ve reclaimed yours in a higher octave.

But do not let them define you.
Do not let their distortion define your truth.

Hold your frequency steady. Align with the 9th Wave.

Refuse to mirror what you are here to alchemize.

You are sacred.
And so is everyone else.
And your work is to never forget it.
