Becoming a better mother

Becoming a better mother

What does it look like to be free from the wounds of the past?

I don’t have to tell you. I can show you!

Let me tell you about my client, Megan.

She originally sought healing work because she was worried about not being able to connect with her teenage daughter the way she wanted.

It was in examining the type of mother she was with her own children that she was able to more easily determine the type of healing work she could focus on to improve the relationship with her children.

She didn’t realize that the healing work she did would also help her relationship with her mother. She thought the relationship was broken beyond repair and she had been more interested in protecting her relationship with her daughter.

After working on her childhood memories, she not only was able to transform her relationship with her daughter, but she was able to start spending time with her mother and enjoying it.

After clearing her past experiences, she found that she was communicating with her mother more, having phone conversations more often. Instead of conversations in which she felt depleted or frustrated, she ended the conversation feeling connected with her mother in ways she had not before.

She no longer felt like she wanted to avoid spending any time with her. Things that had angered her about her mother in the past no longer held the same negative charge.

Her energy around her mother had changed so much that it seemed to Megan like her mother was changing, too, and in good ways.

Megan became committed to modeling the type of relationship with her mother that she wanted her daughter to have with her.

This transformation was possible because my client learned to work on her energy and do healing work around the experiences she had had as a child.

Generational healing has an impact not just to future generations but also to past ones.

This is the type of work I help clients with all the time. The work they do on themselves almost always has a visible positive impact on their relationships.

In most cases, I’m using similar healing and clearing methods to help clients heal themselves to improve their relationships with their children, their parents and with themselves.
